Your chromosomes determine your sex but gender is more about how you see your self?. Tbh gender means nothing now right?, at least to me, because of the sheer number that people create.
Sex;
Man - sperm
Woman - eggs

Male and female? What even are they now? its not, male = blue and female = pink, not male = work and female = kitchen. So what are they now? How can it be a form of identity when it all doesnt mean anything now? or altest why even put it to identy? If you have a penis then your sex is man/(male?) if you have a vagina then your sex is woman/(female?). Idc if someone gets a sex change or even if a man chosses to be a woman. but why make up these genders if its such a small thing because at the end of the day biology determines what you are? (Or if a trans perosn was thinking about if for a long period of their life, therapy and so on)

I still stand be the fact if we allow people to identify/(gender) as anything they want we would still get people doing it as a joke, meaning we would legly have to see them as their joke idenety. it also allows people to change their age or atleast try, which is a thing that is currently happening thanks to all this non binary stuff
