We should have a tournament room. Will make it easier and faster than a print screen. when one wins a game it automatically in the system. The room will have a preset game for the specific players for the game

Yes please, more details about your idea... sounds interesting.

Not so hard to understand... just that I don't know how it would be implemented...

Eh.. a new room like cw room for tournament matches where the game will be 'somehow' ready for the players to play and only they can join the game, like in cws. If you try to join a cw without your clan, it says you can only join cws including your clan. So, when the matches are done, the system will look at who won and update the brackets.. so we would also need a new AW bracket.

This is another dream that wont become reality. So much coding to be done for that.

Thnx BertanK. Now I can support the idea. Don't see it feasible to be implemented soon, but it is definitely a great idea! (Not sure if Crit meant it his way )

I am also over the age of 14, so most stuff is common sense. I don't expect you to understand

And you expect common sense to translate into knowing code? While we're on the subject of common sense, haven't you realized that with three functional rooms, most of the framework for a new room is already done? CWs report wins and loses to the website and can only be played by existing clans stored on the server. The only real coding that would need to be done is translating clans into individual players and a way for players to get added/removed from the server as a player in a specific tourny.

I am a software developer I can assure it won't be "so much coding". But first the idea needs to be concrete meaning everything should be clearly explained and most people should agree that it is a good idea and should be implemented.

Alright... so the tournament room would give a host the option to define the size of the bracket - (perhaps 8, 16, 32, and 64)... what map, options, victory conditions, etc. and perhaps minimum time a player can expect between games... Once people join, it would randomly place players in the brackets, and send notification when the brackets are full and the tournament begins. Players would then select 'availability' (hours of the day they can't play, etc.) perhaps 10 hours each day, and two days a week, a player can mark as 'unavailable'. (You know, for the people with jobs or school, or g/f's maybe). Game time: for quick games, automated notice would be given to both players of a game time. As long as the unavailable time is 10 hours or less, the players would have 4 hours minimum overlap availability, with a 2 hours game time in a worst case scenario. For longer games, the unavailable time would be reduced accordingly, to increase the time of the daily overlap. Could this work?
