Expected behavior:
Reciving notification

Actual behavior:
I don't receive a notification

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Copy pasting a quote

Information:

Browser: Firefox

Browser version: 69.0b4

OS: Windows 10

If the quote was copy pasted to a different text box the person who's being quoted doesn't receive notification

Not sure if this is a bug... Copy and pasting could result in a lot of 'notification spam'. The way it is set up now, notification only occurs when your post receives a reply. Can't expect a quick response from Amok, but i do think he intended this.
