For some reason units i set as main defense and only produce-able on turn 12 are still able to spawn in as starting units, which is not what I want. I want buffs to still apply but I don't want them spawning in cities before t12

Just clarifying the unit is not producable but it's annoying how this unit can spawn as a starting unit when it's not even enabled at this turn

You will probably have to delete it and re-create. This Arquebusier was the first unit you made? It's always good to start by creating the most basic secondary defence unit.

Probably delete it and remake as a "other" unit type. The game loves to throw in stuff like this and it'll probably be impossible to clean up any other way.
