I was going to post this question on another topic I created some days ago, but it was locked. I would like to thank Croat for replying me there.

Now I've a new question. I want to pay by payment slip, but it asks for Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and I have no idea about what is that, I don't live in the U.S. It looks like what we call "CPF" here. This information is really relevant to pay? There's some kind of problem if I use CPF instead of TIN?

Thank you in advance.

In all fairness I'd just cash in your check and pay by card, either it be credit debit or prepaid whatever your country uses.
