So, I have been making scenarios here and there, and everything was running smoothly, except one thing. I couldn't seem to set the picture right, so that once I upload it, it would look good in-game. It always looks stretched, too small, too big, etc. . Does anyone know a good/accurate resolution for these pictures? Thank you for all your answers in advance, Mikilos98.

Thank you for your answer. I was talking about the units photo. For example, the picture that represents infantry. I will now try resizing my pictures to 640x432 (16 times bigger than 40x27), so that the resize actually won't do anything, but make the image smaller. Thank you

Yeah, safari, what would be the point of using a photo with a width of 300px considering it will always resize it down to 27.

what you want to make sure though is that the picture is in the same aspect ratio (px height to px width ratio) to get the cleanest looking picture with no distortion or cut edges etc.
