Casual game timeouts too quick

I think an option to set the number of turns for timeout in casual might be helpful.

The problem I'm having is I play during the work with friends, but they can't get on during the weekend. This means they time out by Monday.

An option to pause over the weekend, or not allow moves, could also solve this.
