I just made a new "scenario" so players can have an option to play a medium sized map between the former Europe + Map and Eurasia & Africa.

The map includes all of Europe, Middle East and some northern african countries (which makes the Mediterranian Sea a strategic position).

In the test games already played things went really good, with balanced fights happening in the whole map, but I'm always looking for an improvement, so I would be glad if those who want to play or already played it share their oppinions here.

There are no pre-set picks or already taken lands, so it's just like a normal game. The other changes were made to balance the sides of the map, so ME and Africa have a good boost on it's income, and Russia have a small buff too.

You include the bloody Middle East and North Africa and think that's "Europe"? I get the argument about Turkey being European and some have claimed Israel and the Levant are part of Europe but North Africa was never considered part of Europe to say the least...

It's just a name. As I wrote in the description, it's the former European map with the addition of Middle East and North Africa. It's easier than call it Europe + Middle East + North Africa or Eurasia & Africa -.

The economic boosts are too big I reckon, they are so big that you can easily play expensive strategies from other ends and makes it unreal and distasteful. I'd suggest a nerf of the east while a small boost must be given to ex communist europe since holding all of it provides less income than london alone.

Thanks Aristo.

Middle East had a decrease on it's income to balance things and Iceland is now playable.

It's a little meh, if you wouldve left all the economys alone and maybe boosted some african and middle east countries it would be a lot better

Scenario updated.

Countries added:
Bahrain
Burkina Faso
Cape Verde
ChadMalta
Gambia
Guinea
Guinea-Bissau
Mali
Mauritania
Niger
Senegal
South Sudan

Most of these countries were already suggested before. The main objective is to create another posssible starting location (western African coast), which will make the control of the mediterranean even more important, while also giving the opportunity for players starting in africa to have more options of expansion besides going straight to ME or Europe.

Some ME countries received a small nerf on it's income, since the past matches already proven it's over power.

Honestly I think you're better off just including everything in Africa up to (but not including) Cameroon, CAR, Uganda, Kenya line of borders. West Africa cannot be relavent without the population and income of Nigeria and the surrounding countries. So screw realism in favour of a more interesting map balance.
