How would you balance a whole world game with only 2 players? Only condition: no neutral countries left.

Damn it! That was my idea in that scenario game we were playing the other day (I was China, remember?). It lasted well after midnight and there were only two countries left (plus one that ruled North America) that controlled various parts of the "Old World" and Africa and were more or less non-contiguous. But anyway, it would be very difficult to balance and need a hell of a lot of testing. I don't think it should be whole world due to America not being a major theatre of war, as after one country dominates the other in that region, it's an endless source of vast income for the winning player.

I remember, I don't want to steal your afterwind street cred, Mr. Yoba. Don't panic! You still are and always will be a highly respected member of the small, but bydloesque elite of this game. You just were talking about it and after I saw no thread of such a deliberate topic, I thought it would be a good idea to make one. I'm rather driven by knowledge and enlightenment than by flimflam. A person of your character should appreciate such a motive.
