Infantry range change?

I am playing a casual game. Yesterday, I signed in to check the game, and I made a practice move. My infantry could reach from Haerbin, China, NE to Vladivostock, Russia Far East, but today they can't reach that far. What changed?

Zoom out if u can't reach a city while zoomed in

Did zooming work? Also, I think (not sure) that different browsers deal with range differently. Did you change browser? If I am not mistaken, Firefox offers the longest range...
