Would it be possible to import one map border and city data into another map?
For example: the ability to resize a whole selection of borders and retain relative position of cities in the borders
the ability to import maps into a very large background image which would fit the borders and cities with relative positions

This idea came to me as I have a USA 48 states maps and a friend suggested to stitch it next to an Europe equivalent map and play an Atlantic War.
Ivan/Amok Any ideas? Essentially I am asking whether a map made of previous maps can happen in the future.

Thanks for replies in advance

Sorry, this is extremely unlikely to ever happen, due to complexity and limited usefulness.

Okay, nevermind then... I was just being overly ambitious

Hey Ivan... we have more maps now in the Mega Series... any chances of allowing merged maps? It certainly has use with the different countries... (eg: merging France,Germany,UK and Spain together...)

This looks complicated. What you could do is try to manually do it on a photo editing program (the easiest one is Adobe Fireworks, but that costs hundreds of dollars).

Also, he (Ivan) said that it's extremely unlikely to happen.

My guess would be a 0.03%, only because 3 is a lucky number. Otherwise with our current technology and programs and such, I would think of it as 0.00%.
