I dislike when a scenerio map took half an hour to fill, but was ruined by one single leaver at the very first turn.

Oh, and noobs who ally you, take all your 0 cities in 1 turn (including your cap). Break the alliance the next turn, which makes you automatically lose. You don't have time to recap, which actually should be fixed.

Range failing.

People breaking alliances just as you're about to win together (I know there's nothing wrong with this and people do it for more SP but meh, as a noob I need as many allies as I can get.

Gang bang

Taking Berlin one turn before reinforcements, not having any other city in Germany, and discovering that its population has diminished to 12.003!

When I work ages to get a decent amount of land and then my ally, who is not at the front where my units are, betrays me, easily overtaking everything (an expansion on a bunch of other people's).
