Rank is not a reflection of any ones skill level, it only represents how much you play and how much you win. I have looked at his games and seen all of them to be totally legit, he doesn't fag up games nor play 50k games. So IMO he doesn't farm, he only plays maps he likes and seems to play them very well.

He just bans you if you beat him to thin out dificulty.

This is why custom maps should not give any SP. Shame this guy doesn't play other maps besides LoTR and a few other niche games that are only played by hopeless low ranks. Is not the guy's fault to, no one can blame him for playing the maps that he enjoys the most. This is an issue that was created by the admins and mods and thus they are the ones to blame for ranks becoming inflated.

If he did it in the first place it's to fucking late, if he banned to get to rank 15 then just stopped all is ok then right? Just because he may have stopped since I reported it in January doesn't mean it did not happen. So who called who on there bullshit?

Accordingly would be 0 as they are not balanced. That is an opinion you are passing off as facts. These mods are not qualified to run a lemonade stand let alone regulate an entire community.

Okay so more bullshit coming out of your mouth, if you look at his game history you will see he plays the LOTR map with no special units so once again you've created some bullshit, I would kick you from my games too cause you're generally an asshole who'd I prefer not having to listen to bitch about balancing on a map when you couldn't balance shit yourself. The moderators are fine, they edit the SP multiplier accordingly to how much SP is generally earned in the first turn. It's a very simple system but it works.
