Big merge?

According to the Laochra's post about current CW scene (http://hr.atwar-game.com/forum/topic.php?topic_id=32044), I have a proposal about how we can try keeping CW scene active or even, if everything goes well, improving it's activity.

It's about merging these 'small' number of active players from all CWing coalitions + oldfags who are still being around into 2 coalitions, doesn't matter which ones. The name of these 2 coalitions doesn't matter because our main target is not 'I wanna be in Mortal Kombat', but keeping our holy CWs on life. We can even make up the new 2 coalitions, for example 'Team Alpha' and 'Team Beta' in which we would organise players with trying to keep the equivalence. By keeping the equivalence I mean trying to keep the strenght, number and activity of Alpha and Beta coalition approximately same.

Here's the example how it shall be organised:





If you agree, I will take care to organise players in these 2 teams and, in agreement with Admin(s), accomplish the forming coalitions and transiting the players as soon as possible.

PS. I know this won't be a small step for us as community (the CWing one), but I would take all the job on myself about organising. I really need your opinions, are we brave enough for this? And is this good enough to make the things better
