When a team game reaches the maximum game duration (last turn), the team with the most SP wins. If a player is defeated/eliminated in a such a game, should that player's SP be discarded, or should it still be considered in deciding the victorious team? I think this should only be in non-scenario games and also optional.
In scenario because some factions give incredibly much SP while that is not intended, just the atWar SP system which clearly tend to favour the attacker with SP in battles and when capturing cities.

I think the current way is fine those who are alive total up for the winner, shame for you on this one you were close to winning the battle.

A good reason not to set turn limit at 25. Usually 50 turns is enough to determine a winner and for this to not happen, on small maps anyway.
