Infantry on water

(Bomber + Air transport + Infantry in transport) located oversea...
what i did is i just moved the air transport thinking the infantry would be in there automaticly... but they werent. So I moved the bombers and found Jesus walking on top of the water...

This could be missused to get cheaper naval defence militia instead of Dstroyers
