Going back to a game

Well I recently played a game and me and my friend decided to click the option "Go to Lobby" which in the description said would save the game but can I even go back to my game, and if I can how do I go back to it. Thanks!;)

From what you said, I guess it's a casual game.
Go back to the "CASUAL" tab, top left corner, and you'll find a game with a yellow start in a corner, click it and it should bring you back to it.

if you clicked on "go to lobby" screen you will see your ongoing casual games at the top left side of the room
plus the games you are in will be marked with a red star

and to make sure the casual game will be saved you need to choose countries and start the game or else it will not be saved
