Forum and Private Messages.

1) Forum

As far as I know, the new forum doesn't allow anything outside of Unicode character set. Not too significant, but would be nice to see language support again like the old version.

2) Private Messages

I can't edit or quote pms, makes it harder to obtain links and forward stuff. Go figure, this probs should be high priority (I've sorta been pissed at not being able to quote outbox messages before, but now it's both, feeling even more screwed).
