General Cost

I was just wondering if it was worth getting General Cost on the upgrades? Thanks:)

It is not a priority... leave this upgrade for later.

Depending on what you play is to determine on which upgrades to get. If you find yourself using infantry most of the time, aim for those infantry upgrade, if you prefer spamming bombers, sky menace - Air trans capacity 1 and 2,,,, etc...
