Idk if 30 would be too much or not, but I do agree we need to implement some sort of minimum cws

Nah 30 was the max cw in the old system and lots of clans made it, 30 is fine.

30 was the max but you were ranked if you had less.
We should pick a number where no clan with an elo of 1000 is in the ranking.
Because if you aren't better than 50% of the clan you shouldn't be in the top 10 clan.
I also agree that with 1 cw mystic shouldn't be in the top 10 but puting Syndicate, SM or SA wouldn't make sense with an elo below 1000.
