Troops can't move in some places

So I was playing my new Civil War in Palestine scenario for the first time and I had a major issue where my troops weren't allowed to move in some areas. Other players were facing this issue as well.



But then it works in other places:


There aren't any no-go zones, as shown in edit mode:


Other players were experiencing this issue as well. Players were abcdefreeman, RonaldTheThird, Echelonn, XAXAXA, and JimMorrison.

I have experienced this bug too

Have had this happen on standard map as well a few times not often tho

If you try clicking or lifting mouse even thou it shows red it will sometimes go through

Shit happen to my sm ukraine sometimes

A while back this use to happen very often. Usually lategame with my ukraine. Haven't had it happen to me recently, but hopefully admins can get it fixed.,

I happens whenever i play a world war map.. and sometimes in standard maps too.. this sure is a bug not reported yet.
