Map Access Error

I do not know nor understand what the problems involving maps are. However it seems that I cannot access a map i was previous working on. No attempt to preview, clone or edit the map seems to be a possibility. To resolve the issue, i attempted to download the AW client, albeit the problem persists. Then i had tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Silverlight application, and it did not change anything. Clearing cache does nothing either. The issue from an observed point of view is that it never gets past the "Game is loading..." Screen, and when left alone for an irregular and undefined time period, it displays a box saying the server disconnected.There is no error popup, so the map seems not to be corrupted. The only hope at this point really is that the map exists within the HTML5 section of the AW site. Although i cant do much within that section. If anyone knows the issue, either it be a problem with the servers or a programming issue, or if anyone knows simply how to resolve the problem, the help/advise would be greatly appreciated and not have 4 weeks of progress down the drain so to speak.
