Troop dosnt enter the City

I am not sure if anybody have had this Issue before if yes than i am sorry to repeat my question.



So Basically i was playing a 3 vs 3 Game.
I had 3 Militia outside Zaragoza. When i tried to move those infantry back to Zaragoza it showed the move was Invalid. I dont know why this happened.

Same thing to me sometimes.Also really annoying when you try to move a unit to attack or anything and it doesnt let you do it,btw its in neutral area.....
