Minor bug

I've included a screenshot of my issue, there appears to be a green visible bar below my chat and it is rather annoying.

Could you please follow this guide and take a screenshot of the Console?

I've fixed it, I just needed to refresh a couple of times.

You aren't supposed to even be experiencing the issue. If it happens again, be sure to post the screenshot of the Console here
