Didn't receive upgrade

I just bought the upgrade Sky Menace approximately an hour ago, but I still can't use it as a strategy.
Is this normal? What can I do about it?

I had this problem when I got MoS too. Next day, I could use it, but I never played a game after the one when I bought MoS, so idk what amount of time to wait

When you buy it, if you refresh everything, you should then be able to use it

You need to refresh before you can use it

I just checked again and now I can use it. I guess I was just too soon worried. :p. Thank you very much.

Though I did buy it during picking phase

Ofc, you need to buy it before joining a game or else you can't refresh it
