Game chat / Ally chat issues

Hello,
For some time my game chat and ally chat do not work when I play, I can write message, I see them, but I cant see other people messages not they can see mine.
Funny part is Clan chat works fine, and so does game chat when I am spectator, issue is only when I play the game
Please fix, people are getting mad at me on dem 3v3

Try to change the game language log out clear cache and whala fixed
