My old Scenario's

I happend to make scenarios way back like when I was rank 4 til half way into rank 5. I stopped making them a while ago but I just now started editing some of the old ones I made again. For some reason it says "Cannot Add Units to player cap" when I try to go to the editing page. Then it just stops me from loading anything on the page so I have to refresh it. It kept happening and I thought maybe it was just that one scenario so I deleted it and started making a new one. I called it "Ocean n' Crap" in which I added units to make a story line. It allowed me to play it but not open the editing page. (Also this one may also be deleted due to mild temper issues about it not loading.) I'm wondering if this is a bug or just something to prevent the game from being unfair? Please explain and write back when you can.
