Can't build units

In my last game. it often happended that i couldn't built units although in the city where some available

i always had to click several times on the city again till i was able to build some new units

Well this is a odd one.......... I have never seen this one before at all. I'm kinda interested to see how it works, and maybe try and recreate what happened here.

Um...... dude if you look a the screen shot the glowy stuff doesn't show up. (The glowy stuff for the unit build thingy)

no. i had enough funds, but the problem is that the add/remove buttons did not worked. although there should be.

this happend to very often, but only in the beginners room - strange!?!?!
