Help! My new upgrade does not work.

I did upgrade "General: movement range" three days ago.
However, my ground units' (they and my General are at the same stack, @ city capital) movement range still keep the same value and have not yet change so far.
Does anyone suffer the same bug?

General: movement range: Your General adds +1 movement range to all units in the stack

I have upgraded "General: movement range" (+1 movement range for Ground Main Defence units.)

General & Infanty at same stack => infanty movement range = 6

Remove General from the stack => infanty still keep movement range = 6

I did try to cancel strategy, and my tank still can not reach Warsaw as below:

Obviously it is an upgrade bug!
Who can help me to fix my account bug??

Did you try actually moving the infantry with and wihtout the general? From how I understand it, the infantry's range on the tooltip will not actually change fromv6 to 7 because that upgrade isnt increasing the moevment of infantry itself. It is making your general be able to move units further. Try more testing.
