Why was I banned from playing games?

Hi guys, I am not able to join some games. When I try to enter any game a bar appears saying, "you are banned. Possible reason:quits 1st turn." As far as I remember, I always play until I am sure of defeat, I.e. I surrender as soon as I know that my capital will be conquered in the next 2 turns and I can't do anything. The last time I left game on 1st turn was because of timeout, in that time, the game stopped working (at least on my phone in my region). It was 2 months later that I got to know this. That too because one of the members of one of the game had texted me asking why I leave the game on 1st turn. I replied sorry to it. If there's a mistake then can anybody advice me what to do?

No. I haven't done anything like that in any game except that 2 months ago incident. Nor do I remember the person . The only problem is - I don't know whom to apologise. Also,everything I wrote is true.

Who to go to: If banned from a particular map, go to map maker (Mapmakers are identified on the maps they create.)
If banned by a player, go to the host of that game.
