Wrong upgrade selected

I accidentally misappropriated a upgrade for +1 defense for primary ground forces, I thought this would get infantry and all ground troops +1 defense .... but it only gets the flak +1
Since I do not even have the Flak that is damn annoying because it takes so long to collect SP and I would reluctant to reset all upgrades for 5 ¬ even though I want to reset only one

Is there a possibility, would be very grateful. Because it just stops just genre the fun
