Every game has toxicity, but you dont have to accept it, in most communities it is as simple as writing a report and they are punished. Atwars problem stems from its cliques and biased moderation team that gives diferent punishments based on who is in question.

So to reiterate you cant beat the cancerous people of the internet, but you can foster an enviornment where there effects are minimal on player totals by properly restricting there activity.
