Can we please a scenario editor feature where you can give a scenario side an event inside of a neutral capital and automatically capturing that city? It helps a lot simulating capturing a country or someone joining late in a war because the territory can be initially neutral then join in the war. Or give a player a debuff
Right now you just have to give players units to capture the cities with.
What happens when you try to add it in html5 editor:

Since you are using the html editor, can you add neutral events?

No, I've been using html5 editor ever since the switch, still not possible, however you can capture cities with player event units but not the capital(for some reason)

You can try this:
1) Create an unique secondary defence unit with bonus against all other units and make it exclusive to that country. This unit needs to be available to build only in turn 1-2 (so the player that captures it won't be able to recruit them).
2) Add an event unit with the stats and bonus to destroy that unitque unit you made before.
3) Put an event where this unique unit spawns close to the city.
I'm presuming that this unique secondary defence unit will auto-recruit in turn 1.
