Selection screen

Bug Report
Expected behavior
Joining the game and seeing the selection window showing players, strategy choices, etc.

Actual behavior
Joining the game and the selection window doesnt appears.

Steps to reproduce the behavior
It happens in any game, map or scenario. I can't change my strategy and can't select a country by clicking on it's color (in scenarios).
