I don't really need to explain this all that much, make defense line able to connect with cities, as long as theirs no other units in the city.

Wait so if there's 0 units in the city, you can connect a wall to it? Wouldn't it make more sense to have it where if there's units in the city you can connect walls? Nevertheless, I support it. It'd be a nice feature.
