Movement blockages

In the Europe map, i had diffuculty moving land units (Turkey) and naval units (Aegean Sea) on two occasions. It show a red dashed line, as if a stealth unit was in the way, but it is verifiably not a stealth unit. This also happened in the EU+ map with Central Russia. The playere in Ukraine was also having th same issue.

Yes I keep having this problem in the last 2 days, generally it happens more when I am on an opponents territory. It is very annoying

Happens to me from time to time in a strange way: I can't move my units in certain part of screen. Works like this: if Germany is in the center of a screen I can't move units in Rome but if I center the screen on Rome everything is fine but then units in Libya have the same problem.
