Unable to move or even click any of the buttons in a particular game

Seeing an odd behavior in a game I am involved in right now. It's a casual game. I've made my move and saved and exited... I should be able to re-enter and look at diplomacy and maybe even move units I forgot to move, but while I can re-enter, I can not click, move, zoom, or do anything. I can't even exit to the lobby - my at-war browser tab is basically frozen. My only option is to close the tab - and not enter this game when I revisit.
