In 24 hour games, the turns end when everyone has made their moves, just like in normal 1-12 minute games. This can be a bit of a problem/hassle for some, especially during the first turn. If you want your game to fill up before playing, you have to wait. You can't make your move or anything, because the game won't save it when you leave. You can't end turn, or the next turn will start (without the game filling up), and people generally don't like late joining (and for some, they don't like late joining this early).

So, I'd like to propose a way to lock the turn times for either the first turn, or every turn. Maybe take off that inability to produce troops first turn too (make it possible to produce troops first turn if you didn't join when the host started). Maybe make these things optional.

I agree, the 24hrs should end after 24hrs not once everyone clicks end turn. Supporting your ideas.
