This is a problem that happens everyday under the mod's nose. Mods only see what they want to see, if you are outside their agenda, they careless if you spam or insult.

Try contacting especific people from the staff and show your arguments. Making it public will only reinforce the decision to ban you.

How do you know that most offenders bypass punishment? ...maybe they just endure their punishment in peace without making a drama about it.

One day i just log-in and happen to be perma banned.
Since Vril didnt wanted to tell me why, i had to ask other mods for information.

1 mod told me it was for having >8< warnings on december, 2 of them where false-positives (that i complained about, and got told to not worry), Other for saying happy 2014. and God knows if one of the other 5 warnings is the ban/mute that i requested in order to maintain a low profile.

Whatever the matter is, he sure did something that deserves a permaban right? Just that we don't know what it is. But whatever it is, yeah, keep a low profile, nobody should know about it, in fact, be silent, obey, and accept your fate. Yep. Sounds about right

This blind trust some of you show is so overwhelming I have to ask myself why do we even bother

I actually agree with this. I honestly haven't seen beller get in trouble or anything. He is active, kind, and helpful. Also yes his timezone actually would be pretty good for the amount of North American players to get on.

If belle becomes mod, i would risk mute, each time i critize his poorly develop maps.
Even then, most mods become inactive, mathdino is the perfect example of it.

do you not have logs of global you can look through anyways. A mod could look through it and warn/mute accordingly.
