Not quite sure but I am going to guess that if there is a civil war, uprising, etc. sides will have to be chosen.

This way this topic is not always full of questions (I imagine it will be as we all learn the rules, mechanics etc.). With that said, my question is how do the rolls for knights work- specifically how many dice are rolled

Is the proposal to make him the Chief of Staff for the Navy with Admirals (to be nominated and appointed) working under him in which case Yay since as an RP player he's probably good at this sort of stuff, or only one Admiral with Captains under him? (in which case, Nay-to the proposal not the candidate himself-since this would be far too unitary and allow Carthage to cut off the chain of command for our navy by assassinating a single person)

We should build 1 fleet and other legions , carthage have too strong navy

So we walk through France, Iberia, north Africa to attack them?... Dude we need ships

in a situation like this you have to focus on either navy or the army , going both ways will strech our economy too much we are still a young nation for Jupiters sake... xD

If we have to invest more heavily in one it should be the navy, we can blockade their trade ports and slow down their arrival. Plus what if we need transport for our legions?

Their navy is a lot stronger than ours and they will easily break the blockade. We should stick to our strengths (ground combat) and maintain a small navy (2 fleets) for defence and preventing blockades, conducting raids etc until we're rich enough to aggressively build a large fleet.

It's easier to defend than attack.

- You have 3 gold coins.
-Some one has offer you a bribe, if you accept you will get 2 gold coins at the beginning of your next turn

-Would you like to enlist a Equite(knight) into your service? if you say yes then i will randomly determine if you get it next turn or not by using a dice. For every gold coin you give me your chances will improve (You have 3 gold coins, so if you use them all you will have +3 in the diceroll).
