Mystics refusing to tie after agreeing to it

So just few minutes ago we had cw against mystics. Servers were shaky more than usual. T2 half moves of ukr spain uk and germany didn't go on so those were crippling, we asked mystics for tie and they refused which is fair. Then t3 hdrakon dces 20 sec before end of turn, we then again offer tie, and then they accept, just so could they refuse next turn. To support my claims I would like to ask mods to check chat logs from both clan chates, ally chates and individual chates of players involved. To further support my claims I have these screenshootes. Also there were probably people who watched it who can confirm this.
I would also like to add that we don't want elo back, we just want to make this revealed.
