I was invited by Fappy simply because he considered me a friend, I was not brought into some secret boy's-club house or something. How can I be part of a group that I literally only knew existed because I read this thread?

Which brings me back to a common theme.

If I have been playing this game for years on different accounts yet knows absolutely nothing about the EC or DM. They're/you're/this is not very important.

Which of course makes your whole rant completely redundant, but naturally you would disagree to keep yourself relevant to a community of teenagers.

What I think you don't understand is the DM treats it's member's fairly. But if you are outside, the treatment varies, depending who is in office. Currently we treat members outside rather fairly, though maybe not 100% fairly at times.

No they have banlist control, along side the Universal banlist which is not long at all. The Universal banlist ranges between 10-20 people. The limit is set by the Governor.

The only reason I'm against the DM (EC) is because of everything that's happened since the creation of the EC including the plots to control everything and the favouritism from a mod or mods. The trolling that has been caused to people including helghan empire by fappy's youth and the EC.

All I'm saying is do you as leader of the DM intend to disrupt players, censor what they can and cannot play, brain wash people, limit people from making maps, using mods for personal gains, and in the end go mad like Adog did? because if so then i will not stop until either the DM changes or is diminished permanently.

If you do not intend what I've mentioned above and you actually aim to help the community, encourage others to make maps and give them some help and tips, encourage noobs to learn and adapt to this community, prevent trolling and prevent people from ruining games, treat all equally, not use mods to personal gain, not be biased, give helpful opinions to improve a player's tactics or strategy ingame or to help improve their maps, and most of all be compassionate to everyone in this community then my mission is complete and I will not continue to fight against the DM.

And if Fappino is reading this then I think he owes a lot of people an apology for the way he has been to the community, you know it as well he has been a real dick to a lot of people, I myself have also went against him for that matter and for other various reasons but I will tell Fappy this, I want this community to be great, infact amazing, one that everyone can enjoy. You have to understand our position here, we see you as a role model, someone we can look too for help and guidance, professionalism is needed when being a mod, I've worked in call centres before and I know how frustrating it is to handle a load of people, especially if their irate. You need to be patient and work around a solution, if you cant you know you got a team of mods waiting to help you, heck admins will help you too.

You have chosen to accept this responsibility so you have to own up to your demons and move on. You have no excuse to be rude or to get mad at someone, if you feel like getting mad or been rude to someone then take a break, back off and ask someone else to take over so you can cool down, Don't risk your position for some asshole who is freaking out on you.

Other then the issues with hdrakon and a previous issue which i will not get into details with myself I do personally think your a good mod but you just need to not be biased and stop favouring people especially your friends! As a manager I know how tough it is, Your friends is your personal life, your job is your job, you can't allow your friends to step into your job area, when it comes to the job your friends need to be seen as your employees, you are the boss don't let that change. Its a rule when becoming a leader, Don't bring your friends into your job life, it will make things harder for you. Of course be friends with them but if it comes down to issues with other people like your friend is accused of swearing at person 1 then investigate like you would with any other person.
