not for this one since you are fighting pirates. What you could do to is to have fappino go with a 20 strong fleet and crush the pirates, then having him be recall and then send some one with just enough legions to win.

Harmless people like Aetius & MrArmy have no knights and no coin, so they can't afford to turn against rome if they were given command of the legions needed to put down the pirates.

I'll host games next turn with you. I fully support the creation of a larger military. Enough with this build 1 at a time crap it's time to just make the military in one vote and end these wars swiftly.

I move to support Phoenix's proposal for the freedom of all members to accept bribes for two turns so long as the income is donated to the senate. If the money is donated they should be free to continue without alarm;however, if it is not donated they should be prosecuted.
