Update version has been elaborated. Following Arbitrators suggestions, some capitals have be moved to the coast (port capitals). Reason? To enhance the use of MoS and NC as powerful strategies for this map.

Changes: capitals of Renmark, Saadarkan, Essialtea and Branx are now coastal (port) capitals.

Extra city version will follow soon.
