Help me how can i play if i cant ask for alliences?

Ya i know, its bull shit, Mods SHOULD NOT be able to mute some one with out saying who they are and reason why. we pay for this stuff i want a message sent to me by MAIL (time of mute/ by whom/ duration of mute/and reason why).EVERY TIME I GET MUTED. i was muted one time for 1500 mins with out being told by who and had no idea the reason. i freaked and had it reversed by contacting mods, turnd out i was muted by accident, or a pissed off mod wanted to bug me who knows

You cant send alliance request while muted? ...like alliance request button doesnt exist when you are muted?
