How do you select Mauritius?

How do you start as Mauritius? When I click on it, I can only access the city, not the country. Is there any way to select the country? Thanks.

When you click a city, you also see the country it belongs to. Cheers!

Click on the country's name when the pop up window appears with the city's image.

If you want to take a country like Malta that doesn't have a land so you can click on it,then click in the capital of the country and when the window pops up then the name of the country will be at the top right of that window.Click it and you will be able to buy it.
