Would be very nice if we could transfer our capital city to other territory's part, considering some conditions like money and a specific number of turns.

Why can't we move the capital like in chess game i mean, when your capital isn't attacked, you can bring the government elsewhere.
you don't change the bonus of the town you are in, but the government seats in, that makes sense to me
