Adding to E-List?

I can't figure out if there are ways to add people to your Enemy List if you don't encounter them in-game.

First click on his name to get the menu up.

Then click on the red button.

But when I click a player's name it goes to their profile, where I can PM, friend, or block, but not add to E-list.

You probably click their name on the menu which is coloured green.

Click their name when you find it down right in the menu of players in a game or even in a lobby,you can also do it when you are in a game and they are in the same game,just click ''Players'' up right in the bar,find him,click on his name and press the red button.
