The help channel has been regularly spammed with people calling for race war, mass murder, and other terrible things. Is this game moderated by anyone?

A mod was probably not on, or was AFK.
1. Report the player(s) with /report (playernames) (screenshot+reason)
- usually not effective if its seen late so its better to do #2

2. Private message a mod that is online using /pr (modname) (message here)
- this usually fixes the issue.

Normally if a moderator like Google Chrome is on, he will just clear/mutes them.

Send report to mods /report (issue) (screenshot) and the case is reviewed if no mod is on-line.
Hate-speech is not tolerated.
Private message to mod is also good option.

PM could be like:
Players (...) (...) are spamming help chat with racist remarks. Between 10:00PM and 11:30 PM.
And maybe put some screen-shots in PM.

Or you could just ignore or mute them, just saying...
