More Features to players without Premium

I know this may sound ridiculous, but i am not able to buy Premium and so even more and more players aren't able to,
because the currency is not supported, such as czech people and other small nations.

So i want you to allow atleast Scenario Sides and Teams for normal players, leave custom maps be.
It would be kind from you making this, but most games don't listen to make normal players with more features.

You can buy premium if you go through Paypal, which supports most currencies.
